Meet The Models

Where do I start???

I came up with this idea one day when my first book was released. If I could afford cover models I would love to have them follow through a book or series till the end and try to do something no one else was doing that I knew of. One of my friends suggested that she could find me the models and we could go from there. She was a photographer and was on board to take the pictures. The first book we tried it with was In Another Life. From that first shoot, with all the mistakes and issues that happened, this idea started to blossom. When I was ready to redo my first 2 covers for the Fallen Angel Series, I took on the task of looking for models and found my first real group of models willing to stake the journey along with me. A few even stuck around to help the next group and work in the new models for Secrets Of Autumn. From there a whole new journey began. So let’s meet these truly awesome people I’ve been blessed to work with.

The Girls

Victoria Maffei

Vicki as my very first model. Our first shoot was done in 1 day, well we thought it was going to be done in 1 day, lol. I loved her energy and sense of humor and willingness to take on this project. The result was one of the most amazing covers I’d ever seen. When it came to casting Autumn for Secrets Of Autumn, I knew without a doubt that Vicki was my idea of Autumn and no one else would do. She brings so much fun to the shoots and is willing to do pretty much anything for the pictures we need. She is also one awesome singer and someday you’re gonna see her on The Voice or American Idol. Look for more projects with Vicki coming soon.

Raven Murzinski

As I was writing Echo’s, I decided to bring Zoey, Autumn’s sister into it more. Then I was faced with the problem of who would play her. I didn’t think about it long when I asked Raven. Not only the daughter of my best friend but she has been reading my books and loved Secrets Of Autumn. The first day on the shoot, she fit right in with all the craziness. I’m so happy she wanted to be Zoey and part of the incredible journey.

Ashley Honigman

When I decided to redo my first 2 covers, I needed to find people who would fit the personalities of the Fallen Angels. I had already found a family friend to play Chloe, but needed to fine everyone else. Becky, my photographer for the Fallen Angels shoot suggested Ashley. One of the first conversations I had with her was about the books and she told me she wanted to read them to see about being Gabbie. Later that night I got a message from her that she couldn’t put the books down. She also said she could find me the other models I needed. And she did. She’s helped me in so many ways, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank her enough for everything.  I love how she takes on the characters and brings them to life.

Amanda Glemser

I first met Amanda when I was shooting for the Fallen Angels Books. I was just starting Secrets Of Autumn and was writing for Sandy. Amanda was so down to Earth and easy going and I loved her that she was into retro style clothing. I had to ask her to be Sandy because she just fit the part so well. I’m glad we got the chance to work together.

Katelyn Renz

Few people know the background to the Fallen Angels Series. Katelyn knew it all too well having been there for most of it. Chloe has a special place in my heart and I needed someone special to play her. When I asked Katelyn she didn’t think twice and said yes. I enjoyed Working with Katelyn and wish her the best in her future.

The Guys

John Warnick

“The Archangel” I was sitting in a bar waiting for Ashley to show up with the two brothers who were going to be Nick and Kevin Allen from the Fallen Angels. The minute John got out of the car, I knew he was Nick. I have never met a sweeter, more caring guy then him. I could have written Nick about him. I never expected our friendship to be as great as it is and I am truly blessed to have him along for the ride. I’m looking forward to working with him in the future as a model and also a co-author on a series we are set to work on.

Heath Whitehead

“Hollywood” I’ve never been good with approaching people about being a model. Almost all of my models have been found by other people. So one day when I was getting gas, I happen to notice the attendant, (I live in NJ we don’t pump our own gas, lol). I happen to mention to a few people how I would love to have him on one of my covers but wasn’t sure I could ask him. He was perfect for Ty in Secrets Of Autumn, One day, I got the nerve and the rest is history. Along with John, Heath is another really sweet guy who can make a shoot turn into laughs at a moment’s notice. Our time with his is limited and we all will miss him as he follows his dream and moves to CA to become an addictions counselor.

David Visconti

Dave is one of these people you just know is going to be an entertainer. From seeing him perform in his high school play to, taking on Chase in Secrets Of Autumn, to his work at Disney, there is never a dull moment when he’s around. I love to work with him for many reasons. His ideas and his advice are over the top.

Timothy Krykewycz

Because of scheduling the guy who was going to be Kevin Allen, couldn’t. One of my biggest things when it comes to working for me, is education and work comes first so reluctantly I had to replace him.  At the last minute, Ashley brought Tim to the shoot and he jumped in and was Kevin in more ways than one. It was great working with Tim and I wish him the best in his future.
